Come test yourself each month, improve your 5k fitness, and make some friends! 

Come race with us the last Thursday of each month! Each month we will feature a different course. Some races could be road, trail, or a bit of both. Follow us on Facebook to stay updated on each month's course details! 

All races meet up at Fast Break at 6PM

Dates: February 22, March 29, April 26, May 31, June 28, July 26, August 30, September 27, October 25, November 29, December 27

Timing will be old-school/cross country style! We will have one master stopwatch, and will call out times as you cross the line. We will record your times on a good ol’ clipboard. You may also bring your own watch and time yourself.

Each 5k will be an open course, so you must be careful and alert while on the course!

After each race, head back to Fast Break for drinks, snacks, and friends.

***Come to at least 5 $5 5Ks in 2018, and receive a special 5 $5 5K 2018 T-Shirt!***

There will be a raffle at the end of the year for a free pair of shoes! Each 5k or training group run you come to you will get an entry into the raffle. 

To register, just show up with $5, ready to race! 

Proceeds will go towards a different charity each month.

5K Training Group Run

Training Group Run Details:

Day: Thursdays

Time: Meet up at 6 PM

Location: At Fast Break

300 Cherokee Blvd Chattanooga, TN

 

Every Thursday at 6pm we will go over a few training tips, get a simple run or workout in, then socialize after! The last Thursday of each month we will race a Five Dollar 5K! (see above).

This is perfect for the beginner runner, or someone who just wants to improve their 5k times and meet some new friends while doing so!

Each month's Five Dollar 5K will be a different course, and each group training run that month will be geared to training for that month's particular course.

Our first group run will launch Thursday, February 1st, at our New Store Grand Opening! Run will meet at 6pm, head out around 6:10. We will be doing an easy 2-3 miles, no drop, you will have someone to run with! 

Come run with us every Thursday, and bring your friends!
