The North City Flag-Football League is in its 6th
year and constantly growing. Last season we
had players from Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mt.,
Scripps Ranch, and Ranch Penasquitos area.
Completed Liability Forms and Birth Certificates are due at the beginning of the First Games.

General Information
Players/Coaches:
15 Players per team (8 minimum). 12 & under: ( 11 & 12 years old, 13th birthday must be after
December 1st.) (10 & Under: (Must be 7 minimum by October 1st, 2006.)
Proof of Age required at time of registration (Birth Certificate).
All players must fill out a Liability form prior to registration. click here for Liability form
Parent Volunteers Needed to Coach.
All coaches must be fingerprinted with the City of San Diego Prior to Registration.

Teams:
12 & under, 10 & under teams drafted from each community listed above. If a community can not fill a complete roster, players who live near each other will be combined to form a team.
Space is limited and teams will be formed based on the registration at the time of player evaluations.
Season:
October 2 - December 15, 2007 (7-8 Games)
Games played on weekday nights from approx.
6:00-9:00 pm. Tuesday and or Friday nights at Canyonside or Sabre Springs Parks
Play-Offs:
City-Wide STAR-PALL tournament is usually held on the second Saturday of December.
The top two teams will qualify to play in the post season.
