Every Thursday evening a Fast Break Athletics team member will lead an all-comers interval/speed workout. We will begin the workout from the store and warm up through Coolidge Park for about 10 minutes, followed by about 45 minutes of a coached workout on GPS’s track or North Chattanooga roads. All ability levels are welcome.
Speed training is scientifically proven to enhance aerobic conditioning as well as top-end speed. If you are a beginner runner or seasoned veteran, this speed group will help you achieve personal bests and get your leaner and faster.
